Me encanta!
Hi Glad to hear from you still looks to be amazing where you are? So have you arranged to go out with anyone for your birthday this year? excluding the Germans? Gareth has just started Beavers last week so now all 3 are in Scouts!! Evidently George and Anne are not having a 25 anniversary party now? Its half term here next week Mark off to fix his trike which has broken again!!!! I'm just home from helping with Sally Army lunch club week 2. Have you started your voluntary work yet there??? If so how is it going? I'm still helping with reading on Tuesday. This week we have a valentines disco on Thursday and the kids can buy roses on Friday so I'm off to help with both. Tried yoga for the first time on Sat completely different from pilates not sure if I'm going back yet. Got my place to run Blaydon 10k so started running again so can't walk at the moment! We have sent you a card hope it arrives love and hugs XXXX
Quiet birthday! Not going out this year! Gonna be a quiet birthday and there is no way that I want to celebrate it with the Germans. They are more than a little annoying, loud, in your face. Don't leave room for other people in the hostel. One thing I do,inow from my experience here is that I am way past my sell-by date when it comes to youth hostelling!!!! Glad to see Gareth is following in the footsteps of his big brothers.

Its so empty where are all the people at home because its a national holiday? Thought they would be out enjoying the sunshine? Cold and damp here a grey day. Just made cup cakes for a friends birthday all coming here for lunch tomorrow. Then more friends coming for tea on Saturday, so busy cooking at the moment. Though I'm just about to go to another friends house for lunch so all in all a good day! Take care loving the pics
Ouch sun burn looks to be vary painful? Did you take your sun hat with you?? Pics look amazing glad to see you are having a good time getting to know the area. Have you now arrived in the place where you will do your work placement? Sion got work experience at the microbiology lab at Newcastle university today and tomorrow. Do you have an address yet?
LOL Had to laugh at the fact that you couldn't get in your bed. When I had altitude sickness I just had a massive headache not pleasant but i'm sure it will pass? It did for me when I started to descend. Glad to see you have arrived and survived your plane and bus trip!!! How long before you start work? I have just volunteered to work in the Sally Army Kitchen whilst paid work is quiet. I start on Monday!! I will be serving food to old people.
Bolivia 2014 - Hmmmmm! Just how do you cross off a few things on your bucket list all in one fell swoop? One, travel for a few months in a country that speaks the language you are dying to learn. Two, pick a country that is really out of your comfort zone. Three, choose a project to work on that is not something you have done before. Et voilà! Bolivia for three months from January to April 2014. So, fifty and fabulous and heading off on an adventure, that's me!... full info

Amazing that people still live like that these days?
