Well, I've been in Argentina for three months and I'm starting to feel very comfortable in my new crib. This edition of the blog will deal with making "native" friends. (there has got to be a better term) Fortunately, before I arrived I already had an Ecuadorian friend who lives here in Córdoba. Through this friend i soon made many non-English speaking Córdoban friends. Luckily, it was through these friends that I originally discovered the Argentine tendency for males to also take part in the latin kissing of the cheeks. I've always been much more personal than the average more formal, less touchy American, but even I originally was surprised. So, although these friends of mine are as busy as their American youth counterparts we have found some occasions to enjoy each other's company. For example,
