Nice trip I'm glad you had a great time here in our south island in NZ, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else now and I've lived all over the world. I hope you have a great trip to Thailand too, I'm sure you will, it's awesome there too.
So much fun! Loved the update on your holiday Down Under! The Dracula’s Redrum Cabaret sounded so much fun - loved the description of the striptease.
I loved the pictures...except for the one with the spider. No thanks.
Missing you tons!

sheep, sheep, and more sheep By the time we left New Zeland we felt like we had seen every sheep there was on the Island and some of them we'd encountered several times. The sheep dogs were amazing and quite talented. Did you buy any wool products?
Sports I enjoyed reading your travel blog. I would not have enjoyed the rugby game. Synchronized swimming is more my speed. And the Maori cooking method reminded me a lot how the native Hawaiins cook! Have you two considered writing a travel book?
about rugby When I worked at Timaru, Saturdays were "rugby central" in the ED. The entire place was jammed with rugby injuries-it makes American style football look mild!!
are you two insane? Cool boat ride....might be fun at Parlin Pond?? Love the sheep, could use some in my rughooking!!
do you work at all? still 100 degrees in Tucson!
This is great! Thanks Aaron and Candice for sharing your photos and journal. It's so nice to have a glimpse of your experience at the opposite corner of the world. I am happy that you both can enjoy life in this manner. Thinking of you often. Happy travels!
Awesome! Is this y'all's second honeymoon? I'm catching up. And belated Happy Anniversary (eight days later)!
Enjoy and congratulations!
Peace, love, respect and revolution.
Brings back memories Hi Aaron and Candace-Brings back memories of our stopover in Moorea on our way to NZ-anyway, welcome, now the real adventure begins!!Come visit us in Whangarei when you are ready to dive the Poor Knights Islands!
vicarious It appears that my trip to the Polynesians will be strictly vicarious. I'm not at all certain I'd like to fall off my porch into the Pacific.
Yeah, pineapple right off the stalk is the best. I have experienced that, on Okinawa.
