I am a doting mother who loves travelling and I have always wanted to visit all the 14 states of Malaysia and really get to know the culture, absorb the heritage and generally have a good vacation at the same time.
I have had the privilege to travel and see most parts of Asia and not to mention parts of Europe. Some of the trips abroad were for work and some were for a little vacation.
I have been to neighbouring countries and visited many cities such as Bangkok (Thailand), Saigon (Vietnam), Beijing (China), Delhi (India), Manila (Philippines), Singapore, Jakarta (Indonesia), Tokyo (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), Christchurch and Wanganui (New Zealand) and in the middle east I have been to Egypt and Dubai, as for Europe, I have had the pleasure to visit Paris (France), London (U.K) and Rome (Italy) to name a few.
Being a typical working adult, I was never really able to indulge in this dream of mine, but now that I can afford to go on a little "spoil myself" break, I have decided to travel across Malaysia and get to know my country a little bit better.
What better way to enjoy the vacations then with my son this way, I get to share the journey, understand our country and still get to watch my son grow and at the same time just simply have plain good fun.
One thing I regret not doing was to log my travels abroad by way of a blog or a diary and its never too late to begin so that when I am no longer around, my son can look back at the blog and go back through a journey of memories we once shared together.
Follow me as I embark on a journey of memories with my son across Malaysia on an epic road trip.
