Breath of fresh air Our farm is just a couple miles south east of Dale and Kathy. I was searching Kronau, and it was nice to see pics of the prairies seeing Ive been in Toronto for the past 6 years.
Good stuff!
Hi so glad you got home safe. We loved having you over and hope you can come again next year to see the Bologna King and Queen . See you soon Maureen and John and kids.
I'm glad you made it to the House on the Rock! I hope Eric said hi to Shadow and Mr. Wednesday. Is the Infinity Room an optical illusion or is it really that long? That's amazing stuff. Take care guys!
note You will soon have to start cutting north or you will be at the bottom of Lake Michigan. Trip sounds wonderful, good to hear that you are enjoying yourselves. Glad you stuck to coffee only.
lucky!!!! cool - a road trip inspired by popular culture. you said that Walla Walla did not dissapoint.... but you didn't say what made it so. lack of bunnys?
Hey, was it spoooky or what! Did you start talking strangely after visiting the village? Sounds like Victoria was awesome. So glad you are having lots of fun.
Cheers,
Cheryl
twin peaks + bugs bunny.... ...that would have been some cartoon/surrealistic mystery show. Have fun in Deadwood! Is that the same Deadwood from the critically acclaimed HBO series of the same name?
saying goodbye... This is such a cool site... and now that I am all caught up (read: "in on the secret") I will be following you home! I was pretty blue on Sunday when you left and several times had the feeling that there were strangers in our yard - I a may have a complex!! I had a fabulous time - thanks for sharing my birthday! N.
I think those Hind boys pulled a fast one on you, I remember going to Capilano and being able to walk around the bridge! Wish I had known you were in Duncan, you could have picked up some salmon from Jim. Drive safe.
It was a nice weekend here in Ottawa; boy, I'll bet you guys are jealous. Your big surprise sounds like it was fun! You'll enjoy that tape. I'm glad you were wise enough to choose the non-crashing BC ferry to the Island. I've heard it's beautiful there. I look forward to updates from Washington State, say hi to Laura Palmer for me!
Wow,it looks like you're having a great time! Chris H. looks well, and that bridge looked fun. Good for Bren for braving it twice!
It's down to a bone-chilling 29 degrees today, with no humidity, and the gang is going to the comedy club tonight, it should be a good time. Keep posting the updates, I'm looking forward to reading about Washington!
Hello I have called a couple of times and left messages. Happy anniversary and Happy Birthday. Keep the messages and pictures coming. It is fun to watch and follow your trip with you. I have been recruiting heavily these past couple of weeks and quite a few times I have said, yes I know it is wet (Brandon) etc. etc. etc. Travel safe. Chris, Brenda, Taylor and Nolan.
I am off for a few days myself. I will miss being able to read your daily entries. When I return I'll be looking for that photo of Nicole. Say hello to her and have a great visit.
Great Reading We are enjoying your trip with you. Could you send us a little snow to cool us off. We are still in the heat wave. Happy Anniversary Monday!
The pictures of the mountains bring back some great memories, have to do that drive again sometime. Be careful on those mountain roads, no wrestling with the big rigs! Eric, any chance Bren will let you sneak some smoked salmon in the truck to bring back to TO? Finally got rain yesterday for the first time in weeks...it was a beautiful thunder banger, thought of you Bren!
Love the Snow in July! It's so bloomin' hot here - the snow looks wonderful. Looks and sounds like you guys are having a great time. Give Chris a hug for me. Keep us posted. Angela
skeleton... that looks fun! your face is blurry enough too ensure that if the picture ever got spread around the internet you could totally deny it was you. although i'd personally wanna take full credit if i were you.
awesome pictures Bren: How come you're upside down in that picture? It looks almost like you're trying to crawl back up. Those are beautiful pictures of the mountains, guys. Congratulations to Eric on finally winning Olympic gold, he truly has the three 'I's.
roll on Saskatchewan Those are great pictures! I liked the monument of the Indian head outside the big city of Indian Head, too. Take it from me though, you really don't want to see the monument outside Indian Butt, on the other end of the province.
Loved the pictures of Dog River, how cool is that. Does Rouleau get a lot of tourists, I wonder? Drive safe, I look forward to more entries!
