Geo: 50.3567, 7.59948Over 400 years old. Only Castle not destroyed or raided left in this area. Did our own walking tour of Koblenz.Rainy day in the morning and overcast all day.A broken lock changed the cruising plans. Usually it's a visit to the Castle only then river cruising. Due to the lock, we also were able to visit Koblenz. Their was an option for a river cruise but you can only see so many castles and villages before they all look alike. The river cruising was done at night but we chose to sleep.... read more

Geo: 49.7537, 6.64625Oldest city in Germany.Very nice walking tour. City has lots of Roman empire features. Roman baths. Black city gates dating back 1800 years!After the tour we started cruising the Moselle River. Wineries everywhere. Hills with grapes (harvested 2 weeks ago). Beautiful colours but a little chilly.... read more
