H - read about you guys in the PPP - as a cambodia runner based in Phnom penh (originally from UK) - this is seriously impressive! Would love to buy you lunch or a beer while you are in PP - if not join you on some of your run - send me an email! well done to you both - why not let us know when you are coming next time and you might get some company for some of it?

Nat and Jeff---pics and blogs make me laugh and cry....we do not realize how "easy" our lives are and how fortunate we are. Thanks for doing this and helping with the filters and the fresh water....and thank you for keeping us aware of the need for service and the importance of knowing our fellow planet dwellers needs and lives. Commitment
Nat/ Jeff, In the past, when I did a great deal of running, my running mates and I had a saying, "Go Pig!". It is a quick reference to commitment relating to bacon and eggs. The chicken may be involved, however the Pig, the Pig is Committed. So "Go Pig!" to the you both and to your cause. LOL later James and Anney

Hi Nathalie and Jeff, Congratulations on your adventure and accomplishments! I am a collegue of Mike Dean at Landstar in Jacksonville, FL and he kindly shared your blog with some fellow runners at Landstar. We have a couple 'nutsy' runners here and I love these kind of stories. You made me also think about this documentary I saw on TV about these 3 guys crossing the SAHARA desert in 111 days!!!!
