Day 6 Jasper National Park (Friday) We awoke to rain this morning & it was a crazy day weather wise. I think this is how it is in the Canadian Rockies, rain/snow/sleet one hour, sunshine the next. We had a great day despite the weather. We started our day with a nice walk around this beautiful campground, then drove to the Jasper Sky Tram & rode a tram car up Whistler’s Mountain. This is Canada’s longest and highest guided aerial tramway tour, & goes up to 7500 feet. With Mike’s claustrophobia, he was not a fan of this idea, as they put 28 passengers in the cars that are approximately 5’x8’, but I am happy to report, he survived. :) The views were amazing, despite the sleet & snow coming down in such high elevation.
