universal holi-day Austin is on the cutting edge. UT students just had their own holi celebration on campus. Not quite as colorful as you, though.
14 days and counting...
so jealous This is by far my favorite post. How much fun! I keep dropping hints to Andrew about wanting to go here. Actually, they're not hints. I keep saying "WHEN DO WE GET TO GO TO INDIA???" Heehee. Man, you should work for Lonely Planet. AWESOME henna, btw.
All of your ex-government teachers (me) want to say, "Sup, G". I really enjoy the blog and living the dream along with you ! Keep representin' the 2-4.
wow I'm sooooo jealous! Take lots of pictures! And don't eat any food that is sitting out past noon (two friends caught bugs that way and ended up in hospitals).
Whatup Firefly!! That is one wicked journey you're on...so envious! From my cozy seat here in Boston hitting the books hard, I hope you savour every moment...in India you are sure to have some interestingly bizarre ones. All the best and safe travels, and keep this ole travel comrade of yours up to speed on your adventure :-)
how deep were the easy-bake-motel rooms? I'm guessing someone like me would have to hang feet out of the door. Looks like a car trip in a station wagon.... ahhh, memories.
Looks awesome! Looks like it was awesome! Cam and the "hammer guy" are cute, can you bring them back with you? :-p Miss ya but glad you're having a blast!
corrections. 1. you didn't sit on your butt the entire time you were home. Sometimes you walked up and down 6th Street.
2. That guy who was jumping around like a fool... was he more or less ridiculous than Tom when he just wanted to Shout?
where are the pictures from inside the bath? i'm interested in the cultural background and architectural wisdoms of japanese public baths. and nekkid girls.
HI, You have missed so much...I cant wait to catch up with you when you get home. I am totally going to mark my calendar for the 6th and expect to see you soon after hehe. Much love and glad to see your taking care of yourself.
Your baby,
Megan
So I've just been corrected in that the term Limey comes from the limes British sailors used to eat to fend off scurvy and not from the fact that most Brits are pale. My bad. I will hold back on any social commentary that incorporates terms of which I do not know the origins. So Monty Python and Faulty Towers quotes from now on.
You forgot to mention how drunk you two muppets were leaving the theme park as your adventure all day exisited of trying to find the bottom of a rose bottle! (these babies would even go on the scary rides!)
