My family
Hi all: This is the first time I have seen photos of my nephew Rodd, and his lovely wife and children. Hard to imagine that I haven't seen Rodd for over 30 years and that is just terrible. I sincerely hope someday (not too far in the future) your whole family will come and visit to Las Vegas. Not as exciting and beautiful as Australia, but still pretty good. Rodd has never met my son, Ron, his wife Elaine and son Ryan. Besides my other grandson Michael (Susan's boy) who lives in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He presently is going to college in London, Ontario for audio and Sound. Wild for music as well as Ryan, also wild for music. Ryan has his own band, but he is only 14, so who knows what will be! I remember Rodd visiting me many years ago and perhaps promising to build me a fireplace? Is that right or do I have the wrong nephew? Times are a passing and memories are a fading. How about some pictures of your lovely family and don't forget you have a loving Aunt in Las Vegas. I love you all, perhaps you could send me e-mails about all of you. Take care Phyllis

Chiang Mai and Bangkok
I have some friends that spend most of the year in Chiang Mai, Bangkok and Vietnam. They love it and go to doctors and dentists while there. They also send me e-mails of their adventures, but they are mostly about food. What a life!!

It was wonderful reading your Blog. I have wondered where you were going on your next trip and, as usual, your writing is wonderful, interesting and makes me want to go there. Please keep your blogs coming. We are all fine, except for a big incident last October. Ron had knee surgery and Elaine was taking care of him when she had a stress test (her doctor insisted) and the very next day had a triple by-pass - at 48 years! She is doing very well now, of course she doesn't take it very easy, but she is wonderful. Ron has been going to Calgary and then Saskatoon to work for a friend remodelling condos, etc. Hard for him away from home (this last time will be for 5 weeks), but there is no work here and he is making good money in Canada. He works 10-12 hours a day, which is good because there's not much to do in Saskatoon, besides the freezing weather. He'll be home 12/17 so everybody will be happy. Kai is still hanging in there, but no one can figure out why. He is mostly out of it and we've been looking for a nursing home that doesn't coast $5,000 a month. Mike, my other grandson (Susan's son) is at an audio college in London, Ontario and doing well (I hope). That's the career he wants - music, audio, sound and effects (I know, that is the same as audio). He is absolutely wonderful and doing well. Ryan is also into music bigtime and wants to make that his career also (at least at this time). Love you guys. Take care and keep up the blogs. Thanks so much for allowing us to share your adventures. I'm forwarding this to Elaine. Phyllis

WOW!
Hi you two, What an awesome experience this is for you both!!! The pictures brought me right there....or should I say "Here." Yes, this is an experience of a lifetime that you both deserve. I am a few days in India and resting in the Stillness...you know this experience. :0) The AIC call this morning (evening) was awesome. Linda read from "In Days of Great Peace" and brought us all into the Old Hall with Bhagavan. YES!! Love you both...continue to enjoy being in the moment and delighting in "what is".

Gratitude
Thanks for sharing your journey Cheryl & Lucas. Your challenges and deepening awareness and acceptance are a reminder to me of the many layers of the onion we continually peel away. We have just returned from Ontario where we said goodbye to my mom and knowing she is at peace brought me great comfort. Look forward to your return and enjoy the skiing.
