-25 and snow blowing Ben and Nas
You guys have lost no time in going for it. Good on ya. Walking behind my Johnny Deer Snowblower and pushing a shovel for 3 hrs. just doesn't cut it for me any more! I will gladly trade in the -25 for +35 any time. For the time being, we will bundle up and take in the odd brandy. We are busy with a Hospital Fund Raiser and will soon roll into volunteering for the Canada Winter Games. In one month Andrew will be home and the traditional hole in the icewill be cut, the sauna fired, hottub turned up and the wall tent put into party mode. We will miss Ben and Nas, however, we know they will have some new found friends to celebrate the Festive Season.
What!! No picture of me!! :-( Just joking you two! What's taking so long so post some blogs? Don't tell us you've landed in jail already? Man alive, if Big Ben and I have to come there to rescue you (read get in trouble) and leave the rain behind in Vancouver, we'll be very understanding!! Have fun and blog lots....we're all envious of you two.
costa rice and south america hey dudes!
congrats on getting on the road and the iron rings! if you have time, get down to corcovado on the osa peninsula in costa rica! staying at the research station in the middle of the jungle there is a wild experience and you'll both love it! the bus ride from san jose is a bit of a pain, but it's worth. much better than monteverde!
domincal has some rad surf too, but wherever you're in the water, have fun!
toss me a mail when you head to south america! can't wait to hear about your adventures.
Living The Dream,
That was the name we selected when we set off on our first adventure out of Canada in November, 2006. Eight short months, and eight countries later, the love of my life, Nastassia Kunz was taken from me in a tragic bus accident just outside Sucre, Bolivia. She died doing one of the things she loved most, and I am thankful she had the chance to expand her horizons and open her eyes to this bizarre, beautiful, demented world we are a part of.
This travelblog is dedicated to my soulmate, who I shared the most amazing and beautiful 8 months of my life with while trave... full info
