CUPPING!!!!
I'm very jealous of the cupping.... All the celebs rave above it (Jennifer Aniston & Gwyneth Paltrow) What's it actually supposed to do to you??? Sounds like your having a nice relaxing time to me... Like you said I'm sure the hard work and mosquitos are yet too come so make the most of it!! (Think of Dubai) Everyone is good here, went to Yoga again Wednesday. Loved it. Keep us updated. xxxx

I am absolutely in awe already by your travelling adventures though the "hot cupping" looks extremely uncomfortable, I presume this does wear off in time. I love the pictures, the scenery must be quite breath taking at times. Thank you so much for sharing your adventure.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the peak in HK - and made it to China safe! Sammy has updated G and G n your blog and I popping up on Friday so will take my iPad to keep them updated!! Hi Les, glad to see you made it ok.... Sounds like you had a long first flight (4 films.. should of played bejewelled). Did you go to some sort of waxwork museum? The Michael Jackson pic?? Is that a photo I can see of the room you shared with 9 other people? Looks like your in a caravan. Ha. I bet you wish you could of had Bacon and Egg's for breakfast rather than coconut bread!!!! Don't like the sound of that. Ha. ( Maybe I will change my eating habits the more yoga friendly I get, become all holistic..... Is that even a word?? Ha ) Went to Nana and Grandad's yesterday they are both fine. Jason is going round tomorrow to dig the tree up for them. Nana told me to tell you ''SHE LOVES YOU''..... Have checked the Manchester airport site and flight time still the same but, it says terminal 1 not terminal 3 as stated on the itinerary that you have left. Anyway I will be there and I am sure that I will find you.
