Do you offer permission for your photos? Hi--I have some posts about the Great Plains to go with my new book Song of the Plains and I would love to use your rainbow photo, if you allow permission. Could you please let me know? Thank you.
The builder of the monument My father, Arthur M. Lund, built this monument when he was in the CC camp prior to WWII. He built other projects, dams for example, during this time, but this was his first project in stone. He became a carpenter, a skill he learned in the Seabees and his service in the CC camp.
Very Wonderous and lovely environment. I HAVE A HIGH INTENTION TO VISIT THESE PLACES. HONESTLY SPEAKING, I WISH I WAS THERE; DRIVING THROUGH THE STRAIGHT DIRT ROADS IN NORTH DAKOTA.
Award for Most Liberal Friend I would like to thank the little people for my award bestowed upon me from a one Steven Clay; those starving in 3rd world countries, the unions, the homosexuals, CNN, my parents and 'crats everywhere, for letting me rant on their behalf. It is an honor and I thank you.
Steve, I have very much enjoyed "traveling" with you thru your photos. They are awesome!!! I still think you could make mucho bucks with them.
Emily is a real cutie, but of course that is understandable being a BUCKEYE!!!!!
Take care and hope you find a job you enjoy.
Segway? So I'm thinking the segway wouldn't make it....I just spent an hour looking at all your photo's and reading your blog's. Looks crazy!!! Let me know where you are so I can send you a fork so you don't have to use a toothbrush...disgusting.
What good memories your pics bring to me! Hey, son! I have read and loved every word of your blog. Enjoy reading everyone's comments, too! What fond memories we have of San Carlos and the Chirichuas. You introduced both of these wonderful places to dad and me. We send our love! God be with you every minute of every day! Mom
ahhh Brings back memories. I have the same giant saguaro pic with you, Stives and McCarty in front of it new years '99! Did you get to eat at El Bronco?
San Carlos Gorgeous! Funny, that looks a little different than the San Carlos we saw together so many years ago. I believe that trip involved a booze cruz, discoteque and a ambulance driver named Manuel ...
Gage Road! Thanks for the Gage Road pics - nice!!! Looks like such an amazing trip, Steve. You're getting really good at the photography too. BTW, have you seen the film "Into the Wild"? It's a little intense, but I think you'll like it.
Steve Get Home! Are you crazy Steve? Emily is mad about you. What is important in life if you don't have love. What are you looking for? You are such a good person Steve how about asking for the Lord to just be blunt and tell you what his will is for you. Not your will, HIS. We all are praying for a safe and Speedy return for you. Loved seeing you. You take care. xoxoxo Sharon
Zach is right! I just LOVE reading about "70 mph death wobbles" --but truly glad to know you're thanking God for safety bec I sure am!!! I know he's riding on your shoulder! Mom
WOW! Dad and I made your blog! Emily and you look good and comfortable together. Don't be away too long! (smile) When I get home, I'll get a pic of JJ and Ashley to you. Mom
Great Photography Your photos are amazing! I feel like I'm riding that bike with you....well, almost, but I like my fingers and toes to stay toasty warm!!!! Mom
LS, Lenny Davis, Wanderer, Esteban, Poco a Poco, Poco Loco, are a few of my nicknames. Hope you enjoy my first attempt at blogging! I am going to ride my motorcycle, Isabel, down the The Great Divide Trail in the Rockies and then onto Tierra del Fuego, at bottom of South America. Both the blogging and riding should be interesting. And who knows how either will turn out, but it is time to get on the open road! I look forward to hearing from you all as we travel south together...
