My name is Joe. I'm 23 and I live in Philadelphia, PA - home to some of the best things on the planet. Cheesesteaks. Tastycakes. The Liberty Bell. The light-up replica of the Liberty Bell that rings when someoone hits a home run at the ballpark. Free libraries. Ben Franklin's stuff. The ship that Vito Corleone comes to America on in the beginning of The Godfather: Part II. All of these things can be found in this great city.
But I digress. As far as traveling goes, the farthest I've ever been in Guatemala in 2005 as part of a college course I was taking. It's really a beautiful country in a simplistic sort of way. Plus, we were doing 20 ft. cannonballs into a lake that was a mile above sea level and surrounded by volcanoes (Lago de Atitlan, if you want to look it up). Aside from Guatemala, I've been to Disney World with my family, the Outer Banks (North Carolina), Chicago, New York and Washington D.C. I've also been to Pittsburgh and a few other places around the Northeast as part of my college football team, but I never really got a chance to stay and look around. For most of my childhood, I spent my summers in North Wildwood, NJ.
