New Zealand with Ryan

Ryan and I decided to leave Reno, quit our jobs and travel to New Zealand for three months, with a stop in Hawaii on the way. We stayed with my former friends from Tahoe, Monique and Julie Buckingham, as our home base while we explored the country. We camped, snowboarded, played in fantastic playgrounds, hiked, and saw penguins. All-in-all, a great trip.

I nabbed this blog from Ryan's travelblog (also formerly mine) as this used to be a shared blog which he took over. We both wrote the entries and I have tried to state when it was him writing it.
