It is Mother's Day back at home today so we rang the van Veens, Hyndmans, Wilsons and Livingstons. We have another game of soccer to watch today involving Grays. They play Woking at West Ham in the F.A Trophy. There were huge queues from Grays to catch the train to West Ham or Upton Park. We had our own supporter group in Mick, Cath, Nicola, Andrew, Hannah, Tony, Beck and me. The train was so full, or in English slang 'rammed'. In West Ham we went to a pub near the ground and had a few pints, while I ducked across the road to get a doner kebab. I was starving but the processed meat was only just ok.
