The Americans did teach them something Hi Leanne and Jono,
Great to hear of your adventures. As you were telling of your experiences walking around Ho Chi Minh city, I realized that the Americans had left a legacy during their invasion....ignore pedestrian crossing lights. No-one takes any notice of them in NYC, either. I think I would feel comfortable negotiating the Ho Chi Minh traffic after my training in NYC.
Where are you going next?? Looking forward to getting the next Blog. Love, Margie
Sounds like you guys are having in awesome time in Vietnam. Brings back lots of memories of our amazing trip there.
GLad you are both still safe and well. Where to next?????

Loved your blog on Cambodia! so exciting that you are now in Vietnam. We spent a month there in 2006 (don't quote me on the year)and loved the place. There is a town called Nha Trang on the about half way up on the east coast that is worth a stop. It would be a good for a few days relaxing on the beach. There is also a vietnamese photographer based there which is where we brought the black and white photos in our dining room. His name is Long Thanh and its def worth a look. Anyway kids hope you have a awesome time!!!!

It's safer in NYC Hi Leanne and Jonno,
By the time you have finished in Asia, I'm sure the traffic in NYC will look tame.
Keep us informed of your whereabouts and adventures.
Love,
Maggie
loved it! Hey guys,
loved your blog on your latest aussie adventures. It was rather brave to drive the Nullarbor then turn around and drive back again. Have you two got too much time on your hands or something? When do you leave for your next adventure?

Rio! Wow - looks like Rio will have to be on my next list! Sounds like you guys are having a ball and I am loving reading about it (although would obviously prefer to be there). Keep up the great writing and the photos - I especially loved all the Mings!
Well done son That was abloody good read...easily the best email ive read today!na seriously that was very good, i could almost hear the falls but th epart i liked was what i imagine to be the "Manual- faulty towers" style episode at the train station complet with a gaggle of cohorts in tow....they were obviously making it hard for you so youd give up and taxi when even the bus ticket seller would get his kick back most like...brilliant plan but not sharp enough to out wit our intrepid heroes hey!!! must be that good daily beer intake thats keeping you guys sharp as tacks!...keep up the good work!!!
ps what ever you do dont loose your sunnies now...its carnival and youll need em i reckon!
what the? blue toucans! cool photos... blue toucans, chocolate pizzas... all you need are some random little people and it would be straight out of willy wonka. Safe travels... be careful in Rio
a revelation Well you guys are good at this hey....perhaps well tip off lonely planet and make it paid employment? 80% - 20% split to the manager (me-self appointed)on account of you guys having all the fun?/?.
Abstract shot of the period building in the glass buildings reflection was excellent mate but you could have waited the extra 10 mins so a sinorita was in shot!!!! Dont need to do market research these days but because of globilisation we must see whats about!!!! have fun
