Very Cool
I really liked your pics and video of this. I wish we had been able to see the Tattoo when we were there instead of just the stands.

Unbelievable Beauty
I never knew Norway was this gorgeous! I always thought that fjords were just rivers running into the ocean. It's spectacular. Your pics are great.

Halloween
I just watched a show on the origins of Halloween on the History Channel. They do the same thing in Ireland. One other thing they mentioned is that is Celtic tradition to put food and sweets on the outskirts of town to appease the spirits and keep them out of their homes-thus, the origins of Trick or Treating.

The differences
I think you are correct in many of your observations of the differences in US and UK culture. The UK is definitely ahead of us in the whole Green movement. I do believe that it is really starting to gain momentum in the US, though. E85 and Soy Diesel use is starting to grow and I think most Americans are starting to get it. Too many Americans do have the superiority attitiude. There's nothing wrong with our pride in the US. It's well placed, but it's just not polite to carry that as an attitude when visiting other countries. I never met a person in Ireland or the UK that had that attitude toward us. I will say that although there are too many pushy Americans with an attitude, the vast majority are very much like the British. I believe we will always have a kinship with them. They were the original immigrants and fathers of our country.

Nice Blog and btw, we had a wonderful time in the UK. But, whats this about Dad being a bit slow sometimes? Absent minded and forgetful at times (not unlike many geniuses), but slow?? Thaks a lot. Love, Dad

I love grave yards too.
I like to walk around graveyards, mostly because they're so peaceful but I never knew you did too! that's too cool. but I'm so jealous this one sounds way more interesting than any one I've been to. ( except maybe the one in louisiana )but still there is way more history in your graveyard than mine. ttyl love you. love, your twin

Heaven
You keep saying 'I don't know'. You don't have to know. That is God's job. I am sure you are well aware of that. And I am sure he has extra angels around you protecting your every move, or He wouldn't be making you move. Bless you, Heather, this web site is great. Be-safe, Love, Patricia
