I have just had a chance to log onto your site and am reading the information with interest. Have been skiing in Fernie with daughter, who assisted my education by sampling the local emergency health care system on our last day there. She is doing well (just a sore shoulder and a neck sprain) and her mother is also recovering also.Take care Fryor.
Good to hear from you! It's been great keeping up with your adventures threw your blog!
It sounds like you are having lots of new experiences. I am anxious for the day I can do the same.
All is well here. Pretty dull and normal compared to life in Guatemala. We are getting lots of snow right but it is quite warm so I don't mind.
Take care and I will look after posting the pictures when you send them.

Settling in! Looks like you've settled in well and have made yourself at home there. I am sure you will have no trouble finding things to occupy your time and that your time there will seem like a heart-beat. Happy trails and keep the updates coming.
Perceptive from the valley As of today there has been 25 cm of snow and a chance of 15 more tonight and tomorrow. The wind is gusting between 40 - 60 km. The tempature is -4 and if feels much colder.
I'll be following your adventure. Good luck in your travels. This method of communication is new to me and I am very interested in learning more. My family is off to Banff to ski for a few days. Our daughter is living there for the winter. Bye for now - Elaine
