I'm about to start uni, studying teaching, and I want to eventually teach abroad. I listen to all sorts of music, I read quite a lot, but I'm usually busy either working or spending times with my friends. I love being by the sea, I'm definately a dog person, and I wish I was a little bit more sporty.
Hello! We've just had the busiest few days! The day we landed after our over night flight, we were back at the hotel by eleven in the morning, and by half past we were in bed asleep. We didn't wake up until 8 the next morning. After breakfast of stale toast, an old banana and chewy cornflakes (minus the milk-they only had curd...) we met the rest of the group and our tour leader Satendra. We then went sightseeing. Saw the Red Fort of Delhi, Ghandi's Grave (which was stunning) and in the afternoon we drank masala chay whilst watching a demonstration of Indian hand knotted rugs and carpets. Hey there! We're on the plane to Delhi now. Just finished watching a film called "Whip it" with the girl from Juno in it, it was awesome. Becky is still watching her film-don't know what it is though. Thankfully, I got everything sorted yesterday and I fell asleep in the evening. Perm stayed over and he had to wake me up when he arrived. I think he was a little bit sad that he won't see me for three weeks. He also felt a bit ill - sadface. He recovered by this morning though. Missing him already, but once the actual tour starts I won't think about it too much. And again, I won't let it bother me while I'm away. There are the cutest kids sat infront of me. HIII It's the day before we leave and I'm STILL sorting my stuff out! I also have to pack for uni too. All I've got left to do is get my dollars (which I'll change to rupees when we get there), pack my now drying underwear and drop the car off at my nan's house. Just avoiding sorting my bedroom out haha. I'm really really going to miss Perm (the boyfriend) and my family and friends, but I'll write them all postcards and I'm going to make sure it won't ruin my trip - a rookie error I've made before haha.
