After much time (over one year) and deliberation the four of us have agreed that we deserve to take a break from studies, work and perfunctory chores. Remniscing the Belfast break we took in Jan '08, I am indeed amazed at all the happenings and changes in the last year. The kids have grown but, not as much as the rent! Anyways, with Trilok's birthday fast approaching, we decided to do a kids holiday this year. This sadly translates to (as those of you who have kids know!) amusement parks and techniquests (not a romantic beach or adventure sport or even pubs!). A brief stop at the Belfast information centre, helped us plan the next days in ... read more

We had a taste of Mexicano bagel (bread with cheese, jalepeno peppers and tomato salsa dip), chicken and cheese sandwich, french toast and Irish coffee. But, the real filler was Rajee's Vegetarian Ulster Fry (toast bread with baked beans and eggs - dont miss the pic). Burp!... More in the next entry... ... read more
