so we begin with a nice leisurely drive to Heathrow, slip through Bag Drop and despite a rub down for myself and Diane having her handbag swabbed for recreational drugs or bomb parts in security, we rest awhile before being boarded. Nobody at this point informs us that Aladeen Air is on fire somewhere and as all crews are there, nothing is taking off or landing. As if Aidan wasn't afraid of flying already, he certainly didn't need this little sweetener. So, time for a free glass of water and an inflight movie kicked off, medical personnel are called for as some small child is sick.
