MY ASIAN AND MIDDLE EASTERN OASIS!

Starting in India; flying out of Melbourne around 21st Jan, 3 days after I turn 30! Flying into Kolkata and headed across the top through Varanassi, Agra (cant go to India and not see the Taj even though it'll be my 4th time), couple other stops and then to Haridwar for the Kumbha Mela Festival, the 12 yearly Hindu pilgrimage to celebrate when planet Jupiter enters Aquarius and the Sun enters Aries (www.kumbhamela.net) this is the largest pilgrimage gathering in the world.
Then off to Turkey around the end of February.
From there, across land through Syria, perhaps Lebanon, and then through to Jordan and Israel and the Palestinian Territories, then across land into Egypt... spending a month in each of the above.
I would love to be home for my best friends baby to be born in the end of July, but are unsure at this point.
