Canada, USA, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica 2. 50 points for each near death experience. 3. 50 points for each illness (extra 50 if it involves an insect living beneath your skin). Stomach Cramps have been bothering me in Guatemala - had to lay off the beer for a bit :( Nicaraguan street food laid me low (and near a bathroom) for about a week 4. 1000 points if you die. 5. 25 points for each mode of transport.
