Canada BY BICYCLE

From Lake Stevens, Washington, we will cross into Canada at Sumas, Washington. Then will bicycle east through British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New York, ans Pennsylvania to Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

On May 9, 2011, we fly from Mesa, AZ to Bellingham, Washington for the start of our bicycle trip through Canada. The trip has been in the planning stages for about a year. Now that we are close to flight time, the excitement is building. Bicycling is such a great way to meet people and see the world, as well as a great way of keeping in good physical shape. (Cycling all those miles means that we can eat without guilt!.) We are avid touring cyclists. Most of our vacations are by bicycle. In the US and Canada, we have biked the TransAm, the Southern Tier, the Northern Tier, the Great Parks, Alaska, the Pacific Coast, the Atlantic Coast, and many places in between. We've also toured Europe three times by bicycle. This summer we it will be across Canada. Follow us on this blog.
