ambos Another great read about your Peloponnese exploits and exhibitions of physical stamina. Love that shot of you carried up the hill by your two ambos. Keep the blogs coming!
Fantastic yet again! Really enjoyed your blog again Barb! Fabulous photos and great diary - thanks for sharing them with all of us! Photos of the boys are spunky!
More history from my teacher
Thanks for the history lesson again, I think I have learnt more on your travels than any history lesson years ago!! If I remember that far back.
yassou Another great blend of stories and pics, Barbara. You certainly crammed a lot of experiences in your time at Athens. Great practice for walking the Bibbulmun Track.
Great Blog again! Wow Barbara, you have done it again! Great photos and very interesting diary of your time in Greece! You guys did sooo much and were certainly always 'on the go' doing and seeing incredible things! Fantastic!
Expensive Cake! I continue to follow your travels around Europe with interest and amazement. Sorry to hear of the expensive cake. I too made a poor purchase in Greece - a E15 hand coffee grinder that doesn't work as it should! Still, it looks good on the shelf!!
Hey EurfirstTrip We only visited Ljubljana for a short time and had both sun and snow! It was a bit drizzly and there was a cold wind with the snow but it didn't stop our doing anything! In fact, we loved the snow and the colder weather. Our family were suffering +40C back in Australia!
Thank you very much! I'm a blogger and in search for nice stories I've bumped into your entry about Romania. Looks breathtaking!Thank you for it! And for the House of Parliament pics (we are not allowed to enter.., only the turists)
Man of the moment! Great to read of our travels in Turkey. Ataturk was certainly an amazing man. Loved the photos!! The movies the boys took will soon be out in DVD!
chess Hi Colin and Barbara
Another great travelogue and some wonderful photos. You have really captured the happenings on both. Must have a game of chess sometime!
Loved the Dragon in BW We were in Slovenia this summer....I cried as we left Piran. The whole country is magical and we'd love to get back. How cold was winter?
Great blog Mum! Loved the photos (especially the Whirling Dervishes) and I had a big smile reading over our adventures on the train and around Istanbul! By the way, to anyone else reading this, I am a great hair stylist and would be happy to give you a hip new look for a small price! :P
Wow! Sounds Fabulous!! I can't believe time has gone so quick and you will be back in a couple of days! Look forward to catching up. Lots of Love Pippa
Great to hear your news Hi Barbara.
This is so exciting getting your news of your travels. We are quite envious actually. John and I travelled through Turkey and also enjoyed it. We actually bought a rug from there in 1994. Still have it. Keep having fun. How long are you away for? John is up at Shark Bay fishing with a bunch of guys from church and then I join him on Sunday at Monkey Mia and then take a week off travelling back to Bunbury. Lots of love to you all.
Love
Lynn
Great to hear from you again Barbara. Many thanks for keeping in touch.
You all have had such a wonderful time. Be looking forward to seeing and hearing more when you are home. Love, Pam
Not much time left!! There is not much time left on your experience of a lifetime, so keep up the great history lessons - to me, and have a safe trip home.
Jenny

Fantastic Photos Really cool blog Barbara. Turkey is one of two countries I really wanted to go while away (the other being Morocco... on which I'm keen to read your blog!), but did not have the time... and money :P. You've definitely justified my desire to go there! Definitely looking forward to the next two blogs...
My two sons are regular bloggers as they have been travelling all over Europe and South East Asia. I am doing a bit of travelling this year myself so thought I would get in on the act as well! It's a great way to keep a record of people, places, photos and life experiences.... full info
