Howdy Y'all...So we are bedding down for the night in Amarillo, Tejas after having visited the BIG TEXAN. Raul did not take on the 72 oz. Steak Challenge BUT he did do the Man Vs. Food Commemorative Platter and conquered it. This was after having had the Mountain Oysters for appetizers. NOW, if you don't know what those are...stick to the calamari. I must say, they WERE tasty. I partook of a ribeye that was delish. The better part of today we spent driving into Amarillo from Albuquerque. In ABQ, we went to the Frontier Restaurant where we had the Green Chile Bacon Cheeseburger as seen on Man Vs. Food. In ABQ, we also went to this panaderia, Golden Crown Panaderia, with such delicious biscochitos. YES...our trip is consisting of what we have seen on Man
