that is just stunning, glad your intergrating with the locals, see lighters are great inventions, wish i could have seen you trying to show them how to use it but im laughing to myself, especially wen adams patience can run pretty thin ha ha
Well done on drvinging across Africa, that is some acheivement...... I assumed you would have had the land rover towed away due to poor parking within days of getting there.
confused So, did you go back to Maun? Am a bit confused cos last time you were headed for Malawi. Maybe i am being a bit dim. It is a common occurrence at the moment! Either way. glad all is well. All good here. Obstetrician said Winston is slightly bigger than average so there is a good and a bad to that.
Hope you recovered from your bout of "tummy ache" and water craving!
Em
Hi Hello,
The photos of all the animals on the previous entry look amazing - you've seen loads! Glad to see you saw a heritage sight - I love rock art, so I'm very jealous.
Bye for now

Pregnancy is making you weirder by the day! It is thundering and lightening at the minute and had done so all night so not much sleep, luckily roof tent stayed dry! Speak to you soon Adam
Oh, look at the stinky monkey I do not care for primates mostly. One pooed and weed down my back and they carry disease. I love the cats and the elephants though.
So glad that you are having a great time. I would not have got on that plane without a few valium so you are very brave. I hear you about the flies. When we were in the outback i actually cried because of the flies. i was carrying something so i couldn't swish them away and they were all over my face and in my ears and i hated it.
Having a bank holiday today but cant type much cos i have chronic pains in my hands and fingers and wrists.
Where are you off to next? i have preggy brain and no memory! Oh, yeah, you said in your facebook about the not knowing left and right. God, i am like a sieve!
Anyway, much love and big kisses,
Em, Ian and Winston (and Mia).
Hello Chel
getting use to the roof tent, spent last night at a campsite on the way to the delta go woken up by elephants breaking down a tree about 10 meters from us, was glad I was in a roof tent!!
Hi,
Love the photos - it looks amazing. How are you enjoying sleeping in the roof tent?
Everything is good over here - just the same old stuff.
Take care, and keep updating!

Oh, look at the meerkat Did the seals stink? I love your tenty thing on top your landy. Am so glad you are having a good time and you are going to Etosha. I still remember your book you had when you were little, or maybe it was a video, The Lions of Etosha, and now you can see them, safely i hope.
Kids love pens! My friend has just been to Nepal and she went through loads.
All is well here. Waiting and waiting for the spring to start cos i am getting really fed up of crap weather. Want to wash towels and sheets etc. Weather being inconsiderate!
So where after Etosha. I am following you both on my map.
Thanks for keeping your blog updated. It makes me worry less. Excuse the spelling but i have a funny preggy hand thing that makes my fingers numb and sore and now my little toe, which is wierd and the doctor doesn;t know what it is, but says it is nothing.
Anyway, going back to sleep now.
Kisses and hugs
Em, Ian, Mia and Winston.
Oh, look at the pretty birds! Yeah, it arrived in one peice!!!!! Bet Ads is like a pig in shit about that. Internet probs over for the month, hopefully. It is the problem of having students live with you. They run You tube in the background and use all the internet juice. So pleased you are getting on with your adventure. I am very envious.
all the girls around the world are very sad about Patrick Swayze and Keith Floyd, more so i than about Patrick though. Do you keep up with the news? Sounds an odd thing to say but sometimes you have better things to be doing or just dont want to.
Anyway, keep me updated. All is good here. May have a small hernia so have to see OBGYN for a scan in a few weeks but Winston is fine. Big and healthy and measuring a week ahead.
Big kisses to you and Ads and Landy
Em

Impressed! Hi you two! Looks like your having a fab time already! Work and the UK left far behind now I'm sure! Lou I'm impressed with you keeping up with the boys, the duning looks ace - wait until I show Steve tomorrow - he'll be on a plane! Oh oops no he won't cos he's just ordered his new jet ski! That should keep him entertained for at least another month. He is reserving a parking place on the water for you Adam! LOL
Have you slept on the landi yet? I will be watching! Watch out for those tigers when you need to pea in the middle of the night! Lots of love Mel xx
