day 1 - we are off

Tuesday 11 December and the adventure begins. Got off to a wonderful start. The taxi was ontime but we were running lage (so what's new). Actually to befair to md Don was running the latest. Got gothe airport through horrendous traffic with1.5 hours tospare. But we still had time to go to the lounge.

Whilst Don was checking us in i went to tbe rest rooms and found myself in the gents. An auspicious start😊

The flight was tedious. Hermolis supplied us with lots of smoked salmon and too much food. They tried to serve us a 3 course breakfast but coffee and fruit at 6 am was enough.
