We got up a bit earlier this morning and after breakfast we got a ride with one of the hotels service cars down to Pagsanjan, a 2 hour drive. We past the Tagaytay mountain (I think) and hundreds of rice fields along the way. The countryside and the djungle here in the Philippines is fantastic.
Once we got to Pagsanjan we got a ride with to tiny but never the less strong, boatsmen up the river to the first set of falls. There we took a short break and met a bunch of crazy, happy koreans which we got to accompany on a raft when we got to the second set of falls. Some other boatguys took us underneath the falls and it was lucky we were wearing helmets and life vests 'cause the weight and the pressure of the water coming down on us was huge. We got soaked and the koreans were screaming and shouting and gicing us hive fives. Maybe one of the greatest things I've ever done.
Tomorrow morning we're finally flying down to Boracay Island. We're staying in a bungalow for 9 nights, take a diving certificate, trying jet ski and celebratin New years.
It's gonna be great.
By the way, we haven't noticed anything from the Mayon volcano outbreak or the boat collision here in Manila bay, except from reading it in the newspapers and on the internet.

Fantastic! By the way what's the name of the bungalow you're staying? Have a nice and pleasant stay there and make the most of it. Sending my warm regards
