Kathy's update #2

been so exhausted lately. hopefully I'm not getting sicks cuz the journey is just beginning tomorrow. some quick updates:

in shenzhen, stayed mostly in hotel. next day boarded flight to HeFei, China. Stayed in hefei for several days. hung out with the 'rents and the g'rents.

left for yunan, china with dad for 6 day trip:
day 1- arrive in lijiang late in the evening. late, tired, raining ugh.
day 2- went to ancient city (gu chen) and went to little stores. bought some stuff. went to la shi hai for horse back riding. rode horse for 2 hours. my dad was exhausted afterwards. went to bed around 8pm.
day 3- went to yu long xue shan (snow mountain). climbed up to 4000-ish meters (?) above sea level. dad could barely walk because of lack of oxygen. he went to bed at 6pm.
day 4- went to gu chen again. later in the evening, had serious food poisoning. not fun.
day 5- went to kun ming. went to shi lin (rock forest). did some interesting mountain climbing with my dad. mainly stairs.
day 6- leave for hefei

one more day in hefei, then fly to beijing, China. hanging out with my g'rents and rents again. aunt took us to get a foot massage today. SO NICE. flying to singapore tomorrow. ahhh... my throat hurts.
