Today we visit the world Heritage site of Ha Long Bay, something that we have all been looking forward to and it certainally lived up to expectations. We took a traditional Vietnamese Junk on a quiet trip around the bay visiting a floating fishing village where we bought some fresh sea food that was cooked for us on board, we then took a smaller boat through some caves, before boarding the junk again to go and visit some other caves in the area. As we moved around the bay we had several small boats come up beside us with women and children selling fruit, often with the children briefly climbing on board, other boats floated around with women and babies, it really was quite facinating to see this entire different way of life.
