We have settled in at Hoi-an enjoying the beach and the food, the weather has been hot, really hot so activities have been limited to mainly swimming in the pool drinking cold beer and loving it. This morning we were up before the sun to watch a magnificent sunrise over the off shore islands, Edith had a ride on the beach cleaning machine, a very large and docile Buffalo, after a sumptuous brekky we visited the old town and did a Cyclo tour which included Temples, Pagodas and a tour of a silk factory which was very interesting. We came home on the pillion seat of a couple of motorbikes Edith,s first ever motorbike ride

Tomorrow we are doing a cooking class learning the secrets of Vietnamese cooking so it looks like goobye roasts barbies and all that stuff. Only a couple of days to go see you all soon hope the anti amalagamation is going well
