Arrived in the ancient City of Hue this morning after a rather arduos 13 hour bus ride from
Hanoi, you have to experience road travel here to beleive it, here it seems like just good luck if you arrive unscathed however we did. As we had not prebooked we found all flights and the train were booked out due to Vietnam holiday time, we just heard about the bed bus by chance and were lucky enough to get on it. the bed bus is just that, no seats just beds, we departed Hanoi at 9pm and arrived at Hue at 11am one stop for a Vietnam style breakfast only Leighanne was game to eat it. Have so far had a good time the people are wonderful the food interesting, crossing the road a challenge Ha Long bay was a sight to bebold we stayed ovenight on our boat. great crowd of people from all over the world only sixteen aboard so we got a lot of good info and made a lot of friends, most want to emigrate to Australia so we live at a good address, off to do tours of Hue tomorrow and then to hoian The hotel here is real posh so the girls are happy Hope all is well in Noosa if not I don't care
