A Doraemon cat was placed on the top of an umbrella. It then moved around the umbrella as the artist controlled it. There were 3 artists performing the same game, but one of them had the cat falling off.

It means "Sakura from Japan came to Vietnam. You should appreciate and don't pick flowers". This reminder was used since many people picked flowers at the festival last year. Many policemen also participated in this event to protect the trees.
