We bike to the farm after breakfast and fill a couple of sacks with last seasons rice grass for Jai to bed down her mat grass in the back garden.
We go to check if the chap who was coming to fit some lock plates for me today is actually going to come and then stop off at Fin's to borrow a step ladder from her grandfather.
I put some trays in the roof space to catch the rain leaks and stop it from reaching anything of importance ... hopefully.
Our lock chap arrives and we are now like Fort Knox. I check that we both have keys for all the doors and padlocks.
Afternoon Jai goes for her last game of cards and I visit the farm for the last time.
Back in Khamnadie I phone and chat to mum, briefly, for the first time since the beginning of January.
Really unpleasant in bed tonight. Fan turned on full but we are both wet with sweat.
Watch first half of Newcastle v Sunderland before trying to sleep again.
