There was supposed to be UEFA football on Thai TV this morning so I awake with the alarm at 1:45 to find that nothing is on. By no means the first time this has happened but ...
Into Phon Thong after breakfast for an internet update and download another old movie, Laurel & Hardy 'The Flying Deuces' from about 1863 - or so it seems !!
Bike back to Khamnadie where Jai has been struggling with the recipe for Chelsea Buns. She only has the rough translation from Microsoft and has never actually seen one before. I will await the finished product before passing sentence.
With afternoon tea today comes the arrival of a couple of Chelsea Buns on a plate. To be fair they taste pretty good and dont look that bad either and I am assured that now she has a good idea of what she is doing and what they should look like next time will be even better.
Late afternoon watch Thailand lose 0v2 to Iraq in Asia Games semi-final then S.Korea beat N.Korea 1v0 in the 120th minute of the other semi. The Korea game proved hard work for the commentator never seeming to know what to call each team and for a lot of the time I was never sure to which he was referring either !
