Boy is gone, now Jiap leaves

Jiap is off to Bangkok before 7:30 but she will still have a long slow drive and will be on her own this time.
As soon as the sun comes up I go and check on John who is actually moving around a bit but not good.
Spend the remainder of the day around the house.
Postman calls in the evening with a Happy New Year card from mum. Cheers.
Jai goes to eat a second dinner with her brothers family next door and I retire with a book.
