Into Phon Thong this morning to pay for Bangkok hotel but they have not replied to my booking request yet. Get a few things from 7/11 and back to Khamnadie where Jai has been busy in the kitchen since I left. Tonight John and Erm are coming to eat with us. Jai already has the tomato sauce prepared, dough ready for the pizza base and the bread and has stewed apples for the crumble (alright, this isnt very Italian !). I mix up a cheese sauce and Jai assembles a lasagne and everything is prepared and ready for cooking later.
John & Erm arrive about 15:30 and the first of many beers is opened. The pizza turns out well although the cheese sauce isnt the same as the real thing but the best we can do. Later the lasagne and garlic bread go down well and nobody has any room for the apple crumble and cocnut icecream. This is good news as there will be more for us to eat tomorrow !!
