Sick !!

The start of our last week here and it isnt a good start. Between 21:00 last night and 03:30 this morning I wore out a path in our floor tiles between the bedroom and bathroom being very, very, sick. Things finally quietened down and I got a little sleep but waking up this morning I feel like sh*t and ache everywhere !!!! Consequently a very lazy day and to bed at 18:00 after a very small dinner.
