I bike into Phon Thong to watch the rugby and almost wish I hadnt bothered. With 10ins to go I was confidently watching what was looking like being a bonus point win when ... 27v15 up became a 27v30 defeat !! Story of their season. Read afterwards that coach Laurie Fisher has resigned. Not entirely sure he can be blamed for final 10mins like this but I guess any change may bring about a change of fortunes ... ?
It is baking hot as I ride back to Khamnadie.
Jai has had a phone call to ask her to go and see Wan to string a loom for her so I bike her across the village after lunch.
Jai is gone for the afternoon so I take my evening walk alone tonight.
