Bangkok, again

Our plan today was to visit the Grand Palace in Bangkok. Well, thousand others had the same idea... Luckily we set off early and got ahead of the masses! We also had a friendly dynamic tour guide take us around insisting on us posing for her to take pictures of us in front of all the main attractions. A very impressive complex of buildings of different styles with some european influences.

After a short pleasant break on the riverside, we spent the rest of the day doing some planning for the next part of our trip as we head off to Burma tomorrow!

As of tomorrow, blog updates might be less frequent as internet connection not as reliable as it has been up to now.
