so Koh Tao is AMAZING... it is so nice to finally have arrived at a beach in southern Thailand! now we really feel like we are finally on vacation! we have never seen such blue and green crystal clear water that is in the 90s... it's gorgeous. you did not read that incorrectly - in the 90s!! Koh Tao is small town with one brick path as their main drag.

one of these days we took a water taxi to an island called Nangyuan, which is really a series of three islands connected by sand bars!! it's in a tons of travel books and is very picturesque. we laid out all day (with lots of sunscreen handy) and went from one side to the other-- literally a ten step walk! the best part is that for most of the day we had the beach to ourselves, heavenly.

next we went to Ko Pha Ngan for the full moon party which was on the 16th... as you all know we are a bit behind on the blogs so we plan to keep you hanging for this one, but believe us... it will be worth the wait!

not sure what you're all up to, but this is a slice of our lives. we'd love to hear if anything is new and exciting in your lives!!
