Bus Ride to KP
I got no sleep on this 10 hour ride mainly due to the crazy Israeli guys sitting behind me (his face says it all). The trip down to Ko Pangang involves an overnight bus and a ferry ride. The bus ride was a bit rough as I could not fall asleep thanks in part to some rowdy Israeli guys behind me. The bus dropped us off at 4:30 am at a small bus stop where we had to wait until 8am for the van to pick us up to go to the ferry. Ah, traveling!
On the ferry, I was so tired, I sat in the VIP area, fell asleep and then had to pay an extra 40 Baht ($1) for it. Upon arrival, I joined a Brazilian, two Israelis girls and two Swedish guys for the pickup truck ride to Hat Rin, the area of the Island where the Full Moon party takes place. Upon arrival, most places were sold out so I took the first offer from a Thai guy on a scooter for a hut on Leela Beach on the Sunset Side of Hat Rin (Leela Beech Bungalows). The hut was a bit scary but after india, nothing phases me. After a few hours of reading and swimming in the Gulf of Thailand, I was in need of sleep following the

The following day, after 12 hours of sleep, I felt great. I got a Thai Message at the complex next door and spent the day wandering the beach and the Hat Rin area (wanted to get a feel for the area before the Full Moon party). I got to the party around 7:30 pm and sat near a group of people watching some fire Poi. Who turns out to be sitting there as well but ICEMAN, my Swedish friend from Palolem Beach in Goa, India? He is with two English blokes and they were already on their way to being drunk. I joined them in a bucket of Red Bull and Vodka and the Full Moon party kicked off with a blast. I spent the rest of the night dancing to the trance music at the various bars along the beach until sunrise. The Full Moon party was everything I expected and more.
I finally got to bed in the early afternoon (the following day) and slept until the following mornring. I woke with a bit of a hang over but after some Yoga and a Thai message, I was ready to get on
