Bucket
This is one of the staff drinking with us all night while she was working.It ended up in a big water fight (Songkran)We landed in Bankok and it was roasting.We jumped in the first taxi we saw (big mistake) ended up paying way to much.Stayed in the Ko san Palace thanks to Mark and Clodagh who had a room booked for us and everything.Wasnt as nice as you said it was shane!!!.
Met some great people and had a good laugh in the bars but that was all we did.Its a smelly place.The smell goes from lovely garlic and chilli to crap and horrible smells every second step you take.
We stayed there for three nights or so and headed to Kanchanaburi.This town is lovely and people seem really nice.There is nott much Farang ( foreing) people here which is nice.We went to tesco (yes thats right they have tesco here) and got completely stared at the hole time.I thought it was funny but the girls were not so impresed.
Second day here we went to the tiger temple I recomend it to anybody going to thailand its onlz bout 2 hours outside bangkok.
Got to pet and walk with these amaying animals.We stayed the first two nights here in sams guest house they where lovely huts on stilts
Beer Barel Kanchanaburi
This pub had to hungry Ostrich right beside where we where drinking on top of a sort of swampy bit of the river.The problem with that was the bugs.Two nights of sams and the girls where dying for a pool so Shelley checked out some hotels on the net and found this lovely hotel called the River Kwai hotel for only 10 euro 2 euro cheaper then sams.We have a big pool fridge satelite tv and good pool side and room service.
We are still in Kanchanaburi at the moment.Its new years eve here and its one big water fight (soo much fun) and they love getting the Farang.
We rented mopeds wich was a realy good idea only 3 euro a day and we can go wherever we want and we dont have to be hasseled by taxis.
We are getting a mini bus monday morning 5:30am to Ko chang which will take bout 10 hours including the fery.We are going to spend a week there and head to chaing mai so we can get to the boarder before our visas run out.We will fill you all in about the Island in a bout a week.and well have loads more pics.Please leave some comments and keep sending emails.....

Miss you guys!
Good to hear you are both having a good time. Good pics. Hope there are no tatoos except 'I love Mam'. Cats here are very jealous of those big Thai cats. Off to the Fatherland tomorrow 17 - 21. Take care- Mam and Dad.
