Thailand Islands - Krabi (Railay Beach)

So the bus journey across to the other side of thailand was uneventful but soon things got interesting, as when we arrived in Ao Nang beach in Krabi we had to get a boat over to Railay beach. This meant wading out to the taxi boat in our shorts with our backpacks on our backs getting soaked until the driver took pity on us and like some he-man lifted both of our bags over his head and brought them to the boat for us! A quick spin down the coast and we hopped off and carried our bags (all by ourselves this time) to the beach and found ourselves somewhere to stay. The place is gorgeous so we were well chuffed and delighted we'd gone to the effort of getting there. That night we went for a few drinks and met a nice group from Belfast and hung out with them along with some of the thai staff from some of the bars. The following two days we spent baking on the fabulous beach and then booked ourselves onto a boat to Phi Phi.....
