Well Steph and I spent five wonderful days on Ko Tao island after our horrible experience on Bottle Beach. What a relief. The accomodations were fantastic, the food was good and the beach was phenomenal. So basicaly, for five days we did nothing. We relaxed, enjoyed the beach and the warm cinamon buns from the bakery next door! MAN THEY WERE GOOD! Other then that, we enjoyed what will probably be one of our last nights out at the bar! There was a fantastic band playing that night so we drank Singha and danced the night away (well, the last hour anyway). It was not like we could go to sleep since the bar was accross from our bungalow! Good times! I woke up early the next morning to go on a snorkeling trip around the island. I was quite disspointed though since they advertised we would swim with black tip sharks... there were none to be found. Oh well, it was nice just the same. The highlight was a two hour stop off at an island off Ko Tao. I have attached a picture of what I call a picture perfect paradise. I also put in a picture of this
little girl whose parents own a restaurant Steph and I took a liking too. She was the cutest thing. She painted our nails one day a horid pink with blue dots! We went for a pedicure that night and asked that they remove it. She was a blast. While we could not understand a word she said, she always made us laugh. On the 4th, we left Ko Tao for Bangkok. We took another night train and now, here we are. Back at Suk 11 in Bangkok. We did not do much again today since we did not sleep last night and we will be up early for a flight tomorow to Phnom Pehn.
