We left Patong beach for our next destination "Koh Samui" in plenty of time - Or so we thought!!! Didn't take us long to find a taxi at the right price. But on the way to Phuket to catch our bus, we were held up in traffic due to a lorry over turning!! "SPENDING THE KIDS INHERITANCE" Well thats what the kids accuse us of - so, (Skid & Skim) ski/daddy and ski/mummy are doing just that..... 2 Brits off around the world on August 19th 2007 and don't they just hate us for it!!!! No! - They think it's great that a couple of oldies have got the guts to go backpacking for 12 months. We are no strangers to travelling and have already experienced white water rafting in Colorado, "Skim" has also been brave enough to do a bungee jump. Well, I'm SHOCKED at the pair of you, messing around with rude rocks... Glad to see you are pretending to enjoy being in a warm, beautiful place! I can send you some frosted spinach if you still want travel spinach... cheers for now! Jane (oooh nooo, the Christmas rush at Oxfam has started!)

Enjoying the sun.
Yes, we enjoyed the week of relaxation in the sun. Gave us both time to unwind and see things in prespective. Seen a few christmas shops on our way around, but nothing like the mania back home. Love to all at oxfam, don't work too hard x
