just a quickie

well ive done all i want in Kanchanaburi so ive just booked a bus to Ayuttahya which is the old capital of Siam, before it was Thailand and Bangkok, (little history lesson i thought i'd throw in for ya) . i'm just there for a few hours then at 9pm tonight i'm on the famous (or should that be infamous) overnight train to Chiang Mai - 12hours in a bottom bunk. so i'm hoping for an adventurous journey.

Thank god my children have finally got to reply to me !!!! it was lovely to tlak to joanne last night , i have phones Vicki three times now but shes obvioulsy the noise of the vaccum is stopping her from hearing the phone !!!!!!

Cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we're knee deep in snow up here! whats the temp like over there? Hope the weather clears for next Tuesday cos can't wait to get there! Keep safe xx

Heya mummy, Wahey overnight train!! What an adventure! It's fricking ridiculous here....the country has shut down because of the snow, no planes leaving, no london buses running, schools closed.....and there you are in 30 plus heat!! but don't worry about us, crowding round our radiators, sipping our cocoa! heehee. I spoke to vicki last night and she's fine, she seems to think the home phone is broken which is why you havn't been able to ring but she said she's messaged you. I'll keep her updated with phonecalls when you ring. Grandma is also well, spoke to her lasy night, she went to the library and read your messages on the first page and then asked the bloke there how to reply and he didn't know!! thats helpful! but uncle phil is taking round his laptop to hers Weds eve so she'll reply then. Hope you enjoy the over night train. keep putting on photos when u can. lots of love xxxx
