Having spent a week or so just relaxing and enjoying the comforts of our hotel, swimming in the pool and eating lots of nice Thai food, we decided that it was time to actually do something. In short order we had booked ourselves a days diving in Koh Rang National Marine Park and a day long Thai cookery course. with red, green, massaman and panang curry, garlic and pepper chicken, chicken with fried basil leaves, black and white sticky rice and fish cakes with a dipping sauce.

Mango with coconut sweet rice. It was delicious. By this point we were full to bursting, but we still took home banana spring rolls to eat later.

That looks amazing! Banana spring rolls sound yummy. We'll have to do some negotiations about your spice collection when you return, although I've cleared you out cumin and tumeric from last year's "winter of dahl". I might do a cooking course in Delhi so maybe we can do a cultural exchange. BTW, the word nudibranch always makes me giggle. Because I am very childish.

Sadly Steve´s camera is broken and mine only goes to 3m so we were cameraless.. and missed it. Time for a new one when we get home I think. Yes.. be prepared for some serious Thai food when we get home. Lots of love xxx

Bush babies live in Africa. By the way, slow lorises are protected by law and they also have very poisonous bites!!
